REALITY: How Things Stand
The more pressing environmental issues like pollution, deforestation, climate change, global warming, and loss of biodiversity continue to pose challenges to the world today. We have seen and feel the harsh effects of climate change in our country for the past years. According to the results of the Global Climate Risk Index 2020, the Philippines is one of the most affected countries of climate change today. Sadly though, it is the poorest of the poor that is the most vulnerable and suffer the most.

28 God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground.” (Genesis 1:1-31)
The classrooms must have good daylight and good air. For that reason, there must be, if possible, windows at both ends of each classroom for ventilation. The classrooms should be at least eighteen or tween feet square. At most they should be twenty-five feet square. Classrooms that are very long or very narrow are inconvenient. (Conduct of Schools)
In the Lasallian school, we believe that education is a great equalizer. Importance is given to the physical environment not only for its influence over the quality of the learning experience but also for its capacity to educate and instill a sense of order. The Lasallian school endeavors to design processes and create learning spaces that are conducive for learning and working; and form persons that make decisions for betterment of future generations.
